By accessing the Luxury Gold (LXG) website, participating in our mining protocol, or purchasing goods from our store, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Nature of the LUXG Token

  • Utility Only: LUXG is a digital utility token built on the Solana blockchain. It is designed to be used for mining rewards and as a payment method for jewelry within the LuxG ecosystem.

  • Not a Security: LUXG does not represent ownership, shares, or a right to profits in any legal entity. It is not an investment contract or a regulated financial product.

2. Mining Protocol & Rewards

  • No Guarantees: The "Mining" feature is a software-based reward system. We reserve the right to adjust reward rates (e.g., halving events) or pause the protocol for technical maintenance.

  • No Hardware Liability: Our cloud-mining interface is designed for low energy impact. We are not responsible for any perceived battery wear or technical issues on your personal devices.

3. Jewelry Shop & Dropshipping

  • Physical Goods: All jewelry is fulfilled via third-party dropshipping partners. While we strive for 100% accuracy, slight variations in gold weight or gemstone appearance may occur due to the handcrafted nature of luxury items.

  • Shipping & Customs: Delivery times are estimates. Users are responsible for any local import taxes or customs duties required by their country.

  • Returns: Due to the volatility of digital assets, all purchases made with LUXG are final and non-refundable unless the physical item arrives damaged.

4. Risk Disclosure

  • Market Volatility: The value of LUXG and the price of physical gold can fluctuate significantly. You acknowledge that you could lose 100% of the value of your tokens.

  • Blockchain Risks: We are not responsible for losses caused by wallet hacks, lost private keys, or Solana network congestion/outages.

5. Prohibited Jurisdictions

You represent that you are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where the holding or trading of digital assets is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for complying with your local regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxury Gold (LXG) and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
